Dont believe on statement that say 'Forex is easy' and you should throw that thinking away. Statistical survey states that 90% novice traders end with loss. Only 10% are able to use forex for a living (trading for living).
The easy part is the way to trade, but its hard to win. You have to dare to sacrifice time, money, and even ideas so later you can really become expert. You must test your skills in a long span of time maybe about 1-2 yrs to ensure your trading methods has been tested and proven. Some tips that may help you in forex trading:

1. Demo Account:

Demo account provides an opportunity for us to trade using real forex data but using virtual money. So you can use to test the ability and methods suit to you. First make sure you to test it in a long time range, 6 months to 1 year. Thereafter if you successfully increase or realize your proven method and trading skills with a real account.

2. Always learning and increase knowledge :

There are many methods used in forex trading. Generally divide to the two popular analisys, they are technical and fundamental analysis. Enhance your understanding of those two analisys through books, forums, seminars, e-book, or to the people who have more experience in forex fields.

3. Personal trading style:

After you read the articles (web/forum/mailing list, etc) you will be confused by the many kinds of trading styles. This is reasonable because this style is highly subjective for each different people. So choose suitable one with your style (time, risk ratio, emotions) test it and evaluate that styles. Until you finally find the style that is make just for you and bring you profit. There is no guarantee that popular style will suite for you. Just believe that you have your own style which best for you.

4. Forex Community:

Try to join a community (friends/groups) so you can exchange forex information quickly. This will speed up your learning.

5. Do not gambling:

People often rely on 'feeling' and 'emotion', if this is a feature or your style, you better leave forex trading. You will loss and just waste your money. You must know, you should not be emotional, you must be disciplined, you should be rational, you should think think clearly, and you should have a self-control.
